Eduardo is the superman taking care of the whole dining room! The best poblano chile and cheese quesadillas in all of Monterrey, and very likely all of Mexico. The kitchen is very clean and everything is handmade from scratch including the tortillas used for the huaraches, sopes, tacos, and quesadillas. I had the best cinnamon roll of my life from here and the pan elote is to die for. The cafe de olla alone is worth the visit. It is definitely on my favorites list of places to visit anytime I'm in Barrio Antiguo
